CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOW OF ANY SERVICES BOOKED WITH US ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU CAN IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

Vouchers are non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase and must be presented and surrendered on arrival.

 

Voucher lost or stolen will not be replaced or honored. Cancellation within 24 hours will forfeit 50% of the total voucher value. No-show will forfeit 100% of the total voucher value.
